Volcanic Sabo

The section performs continuous eld observations on sediment dynamics based on Hodaka Sedimentation Observatory, located in the mountainous catchment of the active volcano Mt.Yakedake. The purpose of this section is to elucidate sediment movement processes and mitigate sediment disasters in volcanic regions.
