Seismic Ground Response

“Characteristics of source, path, and site”, as well as “soil-foundation-structure interaction” strongly affects how the structure responds to shaking by earthquakes. These characteristics and influences are investigated to mitigate damage of structures in event of an earthquake and save the community.
