Hitomu Kotani, JSPS Fellow and Dr. Muneta Yokomatsu, Research Center for Disaster Reduction Systems win the Japan Society of Civil Engineers 2016 Award

Hitomu Kotani (Japan Society for the Promotion of Science), Research Fellow and Dr. Muneta Yokomatsu, Associate Professor, Research Center for Disaster Reduction Systems, DPRI, Kyoto University are the recipients of the the Japan Society of Civil Engineers 2016 Award.
