Two DPRI Students Win the 2015 (26th) Award of the Architectural Institute of Japan Award

Two students from DPRI win the 2015 (26th) Award of the Japan Architectural Institute Award for the Outstanding Master’s Thesis Award, and the Excellent Graduation Thesis Award.

<Outstanding Master’s Thesis Award>

Winner:

Mr. Togo Takuma (Disaster Prevention Research Institute, Research Division of Earthquake Disasters, Dynamics of Foundation Structures Section, Graduate School of Engineering, Kyoto University) ※ For paper posted at the time

Winning Thesis Title:

Development of a Soundness Evaluation Function with Steel Plate Shear Walls using X-type-link and the Low Yield Point Steel
