Congratulations to Associate Professor Yoshiya Toge and graduate student Chenling SUN, et al., of the Water Resources Research Center, DPRI, Kyoto University for winning the  2025 Global Environmental Paper Award from the Global Environment Committee of the Japan Society of Civil Engineers (JSCE).
