With deep sorrow, we learned about the earthquake in Hualien County, Taiwan on 3 April 2024. We, at the Disaster Prevention Research Institute (DPRI), Kyoto University, and the Global Alliance of Disaster Research Institutes (GADRI), offer our deepest condolences and sympathies to all those who are grieved and affected by this devastating earthquake in Hualien County.
GADRI expresses solidarity with the affected people and academia, and takes action to provide necessary assistance.
