Congratulations to Prof. Guanghui Wang et al. for winning the 2023 Best Paper Award from Elsevier Engineering Geology (Impact factor: 6.902).

 

The award created in 2022 by Elsevier and its editors, is to appreciate and encourage authors to submit high-quality papers to be published in the International Journal of Engineering Geology. Papers for the award was selected from papers submitted during the period of 2020 to 2022.

 

The paper resulted from the joint research project conducted during the stay at DPRI, Kyoto University by the first author, Dr. Shenghua Cui, Associate Professor, Chengdu University of Science and Technology; and the co-author, Dr. Yao Jiang, Professor.
